KCOC installation: Hometown pride is heart of the valley

It was a kickback time in the country during the 59th annual Kernville Chamber of Commerce (KCOC) installation program held Monday evening at the Kern Valley Golf Course in Kernville. Themed, “Country Fair: People, Purpose, and Hometown Pride”,  the event garnered support from more than 60 attendees representing various valley businesses, organizations, and volunteer groups.
