What are your 2023 Event Pricing List?

 Wedding/Event Package: $7,000

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

This package includes a professional Wedding Day onsite Manager.

Venue Rental Fee with the Standard Package includes the following

  • Use of the LPR for your wedding rehearsal for up to 1 hour
  • Use of the LPR for your wedding for up to 14 hours (8:00 AM – 10:00 PM) All events must end by 10:00 PM
  • Ample on-site guest parking
  • Permanent restrooms (suitable for up to 150 guests)
  • Use of Bride’s Suite
  • Use of Groom’s Suite
  • Use of Prep Kitchen
  • 1 Security Guard Included (additional guard cost for events over 150 guests)
  • Tables and Chairs included for up to 150 guests

Package Add-ons:

  • The rehearsal dinner held on-site (up to 3 hours) – $500
  • Use of LPR grounds for engagement photos (up to 2 hours) – $500

HOW DO I SET UP A PRIVATE TOUR OF THE VENUE?

All private tours are by appointment only.

EVENT PLANNER/VENUE MANAGER

DOES THE LODGE AT PAINTED ROCK REQUIRE AN EVENT PLANNER?

Yes, we require a professional Event Planner. A friend or relative is not permitted. Our packages include a professional Event onsite manager. We want you and your guests to have the best experience possible, therefore we hired the best.

IS INSURANCE REQUIRED?

Each Event Pro will be required to provide proof of liability insurance. We also ask for the event host to purchase their own policy.

TIMES

WHAT TIME ARE THE BRIDAL AND GROOM’S DRESSING ROOMS AVAILABLE?

Dressing Rooms are available beginning at 9:00 am on your special day. They must be cleaned out prior to the ceremony starting

 

WHEN CAN EVENT PROS ARRIVE TO SET UP?

The property will be available for wedding set up at 9:00 am the day of the wedding. We ask that Event Pros make arrangements for drop-offs and pick-ups through our Venue Manager. You are welcome to pay for addition hours prior to 9:00 am at $200 an hour.

CEREMONY/RECEPTION PERIOD

The License Period for Ceremony and Reception is six hours, (e.g. Ceremony at 4:00 pm, music end by 9:50 pm, guest departure by 10:15 pm.) If additional hours are requested after 10:00 pm the fee is $500 per hour up to 12:00 am.

WHAT DOES “EXCLUSIVE USE” MEAN? AT WHAT TIME IS THE “EXCLUSIVE USE” INITIATED FOR MY WEDDING?

The wedding couple is the only client the day of the wedding, and their guests and Event Pros will be the only guests allowed on the property from 8 hours prior to the celebration until the conclusion of the reception. There will be no other event functions the day of the wedding

DEPOSIT

WHAT TYPE OF DEPOSIT DO YOU REQUIRE?

We require a $1,500 is a damage deposit and a deposit equally to ½ of the package cost to hold your date.

Following your event, our Venue Manager will balance all charges and payments and issue a check refund for the $1500 damage deposit if satisfied that all invoicing has been paid.

IS THE DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?

All funds paid to The Lodge at Painted Rock are non-refundable should you cancel your event but may be transferred to another date with extenuating circumstances.

 

 

REHEARSAL

WHEN CAN I HAVE MY REHEARSAL?

The couple has access to the property for a 1-hour rehearsal to be scheduled with our Venue Manager, in the weeks prior to the wedding. Rehearsals can be on Thursday or Friday between 3:00-6:00 pm.

MAY I SERVE OTHER ALCOHOL AT MY REHEARSAL DINNER?

Yes, through our contracted bartending services.

DÉCOR

WHAT DECORATIONS ARE PROVIDED? WHEN CAN WE DECORATE?

Persons decorating for a wedding have full access to the property for decorating purposes starting at 9:00 am the day of the wedding. If decorating requires more set-up time, an appointment must be made with the Venue Manager at least ten days prior to the event and there will be an upcharge for the extra time.

WHAT DECORATIONS ARE ALLOWED

The only decorations prohibited are:

  • Fireworks
  • Sparklers of any kind
  • Artificial flower petals and confetti
  • Glitter or small dye cuts
  • Rice

AM I ALLOWED TO HANG DECORATIONS?

Client may contract a professional company to decorate the property but the client may not self-decorate with elevated decorations that require more than an 8-foot ladder. Otherwise, all elevated decorations must be hung and taken down by a licensed professional.

DOES THE CONTRACT PROVIDE FOR THE CLEANUP OF DECORATIONS?

You are responsible for the cleanup of all decorations, and it must be completed one hour after the conclusion of your reception.

ARE CANDLES ALLOWED?

We do allow real candles; however, they must be contained in glass and be at least one inch below the top of the glass.

FURNISHINGS

THE LODGE AT PAINTED ROCK’ ESTATE will provide an up-to-date list and count of provided furnishings. Including 60” round tables; 8′ and 6′ rectangular tables and plastic chairs; Clients provide their own linens, tableware, flatware, and glassware, etc.

 

EVENT PROS

DOES THE THE LODGE AT PAINTED ROCK HAVE A PREFERRED EVENT PRO LIST?

Yes, we offer a selection of approved and preferred Event Pros. All Event Pros must be from the preferred Event Pro list. Any outside Event Pros must be pre-approved by the Venue Manager. Management reserves the right to refuse Event Pros.

We have an Event Pro required list for Bartending, Catering, and Rental Company. 

 

CATERIING

ARE OUTSIDE CATERERS ALLOWED?

Yes, however, they must be on our approved Event Pro list.

CAKE

AM I ALLOWED TO BRING MY OWN WEDDING CAKE?

Yes, you may bring in your own cake or any other outside dessert-type items with our basic package.

BARTENDING

DOES THE  LODGE AT PAINTED ROCK ALLOW OTHER ALCOHOL TO BE SERVED?

Yes, you may have other adult beverages served through our contracted bartending services.  If any guest found in possession of other liquor or beer will be asked to surrender the substance to the Venue Manager on duty and are in violation of the California Alcoholic Beverage Commission Laws. If the guest is not cooperative, he or she may be asked to leave the The Lodge at Painted Rock property and be in violation of CA liquor laws.

ENTERTAINMENT/DJ

WHAT ENTERTAINMENT IS ALLOWED? IS THERE A SOUND SYSTEM?

The Lodge at Painted Rock’ Estate does not have a sound system. However, there is an ample supply of power, and you may contract with a performer for your event. You may have a DJ, band, or several forms of entertainment. Ask your Venue Manager for more information.

PARKING

IS THERE PARKING ONSITE?

Yes, we have ample guest parking, including several ADA accessible stalls. The Lodge at Painted Rock does not provide Golf Carts.

No cars are permitted to be left in the parking lot overnight.  Any cars left overnight will be towed at the owner’s expense.

PETS

PETS

We love our furry friends too! If you have a special four-legged family member you would like to be a part of the ceremony, you are welcome to bring them. We ask that you please have someone pick up after them. We also ask that they be picked up after the ceremony.
