We are known for our outdoor settings, natural wood and stone architecture and Western-themed events, but whatever your preferences, intimate or grand scale, casual or elegant, each wedding and event is customized to meet your goals.
By its nature as a retreat, arrangements can be made for you to have exclusive use of the entire property for your event to preserve the privacy of the occasion. Attentive on-site staff will coordinate activities with those planning and serving the event so your attention can be focused on your guests and on enjoying the festivities.
The Lodge has several wedding event packages from which to choose. Food service can be formerly served, buffet or family style as you prefer. Menus can be customized for your event or selected from a variety of delicious dishes prepared by our catering staff, or special arrangements can be made to work with your own caterer. The Lodge provides guests with a select list of local vendors to oversee every detail of your event.
The Lodge at Painted Rock offers many picturesque settings for your event, including a timbered Main Lodge with a spectacular Great Room that will accommodate up to 150 banquet guests and impress them with a cozy rock fireplace, dramatic staircase, and breathtaking views. Enjoy the beautiful scenery from our spacious main patio overlooking the lagoon, brook, fountains and mountains.
Alongside the lagoon a wedding arbor beckons with a seating area on the green for 250, where many special occasions take place. For a casual setting, The Lodge offers an outdoor barbeque area for parties and chuck wagon campfire cooking within view of the rolling hillsides

Construction of expanded wedding and event facilities will be completed by spring 2010, luxury lodging will be added along with a new Conference Center and will complete the expansion. This newly designed destination resort will include:
